The first time I met Matt & Casey I knew they were special people. They booked me for a session with their first foster son because they didn't know how long he would be with them and they wanted to to remember those moments with him. It spoke volumes to me.
That sweet boy was with them a short time but I'm so grateful they will always have those photographs to look back on. They have gone on to foster & adopt more babies, two of which you see here and they are also the proud parents of their sweet Owen, who was born with limb differences.
The heart symbolizes their second daughter, Maya, who they were so excited to welcome into their family this winter but suddenly went to be with Jesus at just 16 weeks.
Building a family certainly hasn't been easy for them, as they have experienced loss and heartbreak...but they have also experienced so much love, joy & happiness. Their hope is always in Jesus and He has carried them through it all.
I hope today seeing this precious photo of your babies brings a little healing to your heart. You two are incredibly loving & devoted parents. Your children will rise up and call you blessed!
