This is my second year getting to capture them and I loved every minute of it. Last time we did a field session and this year mama wanted to change it up so we did a downtown urban style shoot which is always so much fun!
This sweet family has been through a lot...and it's not my story to tell but can I please just take a minute to remind you to get in the photos friends. Hire a photographer you love and make the investment in family photos every year because I promise they are worth it. Photographs are memories. They freeze time. Life goes on and changes but these moments you can never get back but you can relive again through photos.
It's ok if you don't feel your best mamas. It's ok if you feel like you're just surviving some days. It's ok if you gained a bunch of weight from having another baby, (Oh hiiii nice to meet you, I'm Keri!).
HIRE A PHOTOGRAPHER AND GET IN THE PHOTOS ANYWAYS. Because you cannot get this moment back in time. But you can remember it forever. And you can remember what it felt like at this very moment in life with your people, the ones you love the most. And that my friends is priceless. It's why no matter how I feel or how many lbs. I've gained, I always always book family photos every single year. Do it for your kids, if nothing else.
So here's lots of sneaks for a very special family. Hope you love them mama. Your kids are amazing, YOU'RE AMAZING. Never forget it.
